I've had some wierd dreams lately. First off it was about events which took place sometime last year. Funny enough the next day, issues in the dream revealed itself in an ugly example. Corporations such as British Gas certainly are not there to provide service. The following link will enable my fellow readers out there on their shortcomings since 2003. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/2734925.stm
They often send lump sump bills to customers all over Great Britain when they feel like it (citing server crashing as reason). There have been numerous complaints about many issues regarding billing and the title of the article above is British Gas 'fails to bill customers'.
The majority of customers do not mind paying if the usage charges were legitimate. Most of these bills are estimates. They do not reveal the real amount of gas used for each household.
Worst off is dealing with customer services. Some of them are a bunch of incompetent operators failing to identify the customers real predicament and parroting their online scripts to most.
To sum it up, there are cases where legal action are sent uncessarily and people are pondering whether to take this corporate giant to court to claim appropriate damages.
Last night was a different dream. Much pleasant I might say. We were already meeting up for dinner and planning the day of marriage etc. I could not believe how well we got on. It makes me believe as if the past 5 years was a waste.
Miss you J.

Everybody needs some degree of vanity.
With all the provisions set aside and all the laws that can be made to withstand our relationship.
Isn't a little vanity worth all the trouble?
