Have you ever had that feeling with career progression and actually find out that you've gone one full circle despite being in different companies? I feel as if the work is still ongoing from my second job posting. Perhaps we all share the same logic? We may work for 100 companies before we retire, but the goal is the same.
The Malay society needs a lot of support. We need to stick together.
One apparent innovative initiative that I've discussed with a few friends is for us to use platforms we have access to and design our own programmes for the younger generation to benefit. Simply to say that we share our life experiences together so that the future generation not only understands the 'how to's ' but contribute massively to the population at large. There is approximate 10 million workers in our system, surely a major portion of this accounts for the young.
Therefore let's all build more alliances and more importantly be tolerant of each other. The human mindset is a complicated subject, it helps to respect each other for what we are and not where we come from. The more different mindset of friends we have, the better chance of understanding and solving problems is met.
I use to think that certain circles in society reserve the right to be different and seperate themselves from the general public. Doing this only successfully brings all of us, apart.
In the end we all lose out. Let's not.
