Do you ever feel bloated and just plain lazy?
I dislike this state of mind. Solution? Excercise and sweats..
Favourite positions during excercise would definitely be stretching and leg curls.
You all should try it too. Helps with nightly activity - most definitely! (a line out of 'goodness gracious me' )
To end this 'short' entry, I've a last question..
What is the most appropriate behaviour to practice when visiting somebody at their home?
Well for one, I would ring the door bell. Two I would knock on the door.
Scenario 1
-servant answers the door ' cari siapa? '. I reply ' **** ada? '
-servant then replies ' dia di bilik tidur ' .
-I reply ' tolong beritahu dia, saya tak nak masuk '
Scenario 2
- **** answers, ' Awww its YOU! '
- I reply ' were you expecting anybody ? '
- **** replies, ' come in '
-I reply ' I thought you would never ask '
End Result - choose scene II
SUCCESS.
When feeling lethargic, I elect to swim. Nothing quite like the feeling for hot blood pumping through your veins with the cool water around you to freshen up the body.
